For Professionals

Working alongside you, for your shared client.

A flat-fee, fiduciary planning practice in Greensboro, NC, built around coordination with the other professionals in a family’s life.

How we coordinate

We don’t compete with the work you do. We do the financial planning that sits between filings, drafts, and meetings: modeling, timing, and execution that helps your work land the way it was meant to.

Our process assumes other professionals are already in the picture:

  • We schedule around your timing when needed, whether that’s an estate plan signing, a tax extension, or a benefits application
  • We share modeling and analysis directly with you when it helps your work
  • We do not duplicate or override what you have already prepared
  • We document decisions clearly so your file matches ours

Communication preferences are the family’s call. Some clients invite every professional into shared planning. Others want separate workstreams with us as the coordinating point.

Where a planner fits

An attorney drafting a Special Needs Trust

The trust language is half the work. The other half is funding strategy, beneficiary designations, distribution standards, and how the SNT coordinates with ABLE, SSI, Medicaid, and DAC. We handle that side and keep the trustee role workable across the beneficiary’s lifetime.

A CPA managing a complex tax picture

Roth conversions, IRMAA management, equity compensation, charitable giving, retirement income sequencing, business sale planning. We do the multi-year tax modeling and bring you the recommended action. You handle the filings and your usual tax counsel.

A benefits counselor or care manager

SSI and Medicaid eligibility planning intersects with trust structure, ABLE contributions, DAC eligibility, and asset titling. We handle the financial side so your eligibility work stays clean.

What we don’t do

We coordinate; we do not replace. We do not:

  • Draft trust documents, wills, or any legal instruments
  • Prepare or file tax returns
  • Provide legal opinions
  • Apply for benefits on a family’s behalf
  • Sell insurance or investment products

Your role and ours stay in their respective lanes. That is by design.
